Return & Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products
Every FixUrSmile appliance is custom made from your own impressions, so we cannot accept returns for a refund. Instead, we stand behind the fit of every product with the FixUrSmile Custom Fit Guarantee below.

FixUrSmile Custom Fit Guarantee

• Fit issue reporting period: Please report any fit-related issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Free fit adjustment: We offer one free fit adjustment for each eligible product. FixUrSmile covers the shipping costs for the approved adjustment and the return shipment.
• Free remake: If an eligible fit issue cannot be resolved with the adjustment, we offer one free remake per product, subject to review and approval.

What the Fit Guarantee Does Not Cover

• Issues caused by incorrect or distorted impressions
• Changes in tooth position
• Misuse or damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Design changes requested by the customer
• Issues reported more than 30 days after you receive your order

Refunds
Eligible fit issues are resolved with an adjustment or a remake rather than an automatic refund. If an issue still cannot be corrected after the available adjustment and remake, we will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective due to a manufacturing issue or was damaged during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. After review, we may offer a free replacement or remake.

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the fit issue, defect, or damage
