Custom-Made Products
Due to the personalized and custom nature of our dental appliances, all sales are generally final. Each product is specifically made to fit individual customer requirements, which limits our ability to accept returns.


Eligibility for Replacement

We only offer replacements or remakes in cases where the product is:

  •  Defective due to a manufacturing issue 
  •  Damaged during transit 

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  •  Your order number 
  •  A clear description of the issue 
  •  Photos or videos showing the defect or damage 

Once reviewed, our team will determine eligibility and may offer a free replacement or remake.
