No clinic visit is needed. Every case is approved by a licensed dentist, who approves it and issues the lab prescription before we build your appliance.
The licensed dentist review is usually completed within 24–48 hours after we receive your case, in compliance with state regulations.

Yes. Shipping your impressions back to our lab is 100% free.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Flexible partial dentures are $315 for 1–3 teeth and $399 for up to 6 teeth. Acrylic partial dentures are $245 for 1–3 teeth and $295 for 4–6 teeth. The Nesbit flexible partial is $260 for 1 or 2 teeth.
A custom night guard is $297 for an upper or lower arch. Each night guard is made for one arch.
A clear teeth positioning retainer is $145 for an upper or lower arch. Upper and lower together are $265, which includes 15% off the second retainer.
Yes. You get 15% off every second product, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. It’s a great way to order a backup appliance.
A Nesbit partial is designed for one missing tooth or two adjacent teeth. A flexible partial is metal-free and replaces up to 6 teeth. An acrylic partial has metal clasps, replaces up to 6 teeth, and is the most budget-friendly option. Compare them side by side in our partial denture guide.
Our flexible and acrylic partial dentures can replace up to 6 teeth in a single partial. The Nesbit partial replaces 1 tooth or 2 adjacent teeth.
Yes. For partial dentures you can choose a tooth color (Light, Medium, Dark, or Bright White) and a gum shade (Light-Medium or Dark) when you order.
Our custom night guard has a soft inner layer for comfort and cushioning and a durable outer shell that helps protect your teeth from grinding and clenching during sleep.
Our teeth positioning retainers are made in our dental lab from 1.0 mm clear, dental-grade thermoplastic material. They’re designed to help maintain the position of your teeth after braces or clear aligners.
If you have a fit issue, report it within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer one free fit adjustment per eligible product and cover shipping both ways. If the adjustment doesn’t resolve it, we offer one free remake, subject to review and approval. Read the full Custom Fit Guarantee.
Because every appliance is custom made from your impressions, we can’t accept returns for a refund. Eligible fit issues are resolved with an adjustment or remake. If an issue still can’t be corrected, we review the case and determine an appropriate resolution. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. After review, we may offer a free replacement or remake.
