Shipping Cost
Shipping is free. We use UPS, and every label is provided at no cost to you, including the return label for your impressions.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
If the Fit Is Not Right
We will make one free adjustment. If that does not solve it, we will remake your appliance for free. See our Custom Fit Guarantee for details.
Payment Options
We accept payment at checkout. We do not offer financing plans, and we do not file insurance claims.
